So how does it work?
Simple; by quickly pricking your finger, you use a drop of blood. Then, you use the Quicktest X6, which is the measuring instrument itself. The blood is absorbed into a test strip, and then the analysis begins. The result is read immediately. What is the code chip used for?
For 2 occasions:

1. Before testing, it is simply to "explain" to the X6 Multitest unit that it should measure cholesterol, and you only need to do this once if you are only testing cholesterol.
2. If you want to test another parameter, such as lactate, you must first use the unique code chip for that test, so that the X6 receives information that you are testing a different parameter. The code chip can be reused.
