Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item. The return fee for a regretted purchase is paid by you as a customer.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if you have used the product.
If the product is defective, you of course have the right to withdraw.

When you place your order with us, you provide us with your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we may store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to obtain the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. Contact us via email in this case.
The delivery time varies depending on the chosen method of transport. Delivery with Postnord normally takes 1-3 working days and with Budbee within 1-2 working days. The delivery time applies to orders received before 1:00 pm. Orders after 1:00 pm, as well as during holidays, are packed and shipped the following business day.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly – then we will bear the cost. Other returns should be sent as a registered letter, and you should be able to provide a receipt with a tracking number.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs when you return the item. We always pay the return cost to send back so-called replacement goods.
A return fee of SEK 39-49 will be added based on the shipping method you chose when ordering.

We only want satisfied customers, therefore you have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that you have the right to return the product if you are not satisfied with how you have been treated or for other reasons. However, a test that has not given the result you expected is not covered by this guarantee.
