Do I do the test myself or do I have to send the test in?
For all of our self-tests, you do the test yourself at home, and you get the answer within minutes. For our lab tests, you do the test at home and send your sample for analysis to our laboratory.
Do your tests replace regular healthcare?
No, our tests should be seen as a complement to today's healthcare. The tests can quickly give you answers if something is not right. After that, it is important to seek care for further investigation and treatment. If the result is positive, the test can be photographed or taken and shown to the health center, according to many customers this has made it easier to get further testing and investigation.
Do you have confidentiality?
Yes, Quicktest follows EU directives regarding PUL and we follow the same laws and regulations regarding confidentiality that exist at Swedish health centers and hospitals.
If I want to return a test, how do I do that?
If the test is defective or if the product is damaged, we will replace you with a new test free of charge. If instructions have not been followed, we will not replace with a new test. Always contact us before making a claim to ensure that you are entitled to a new test.
What information do you store about me?
We only save your email. This can be used when we need to get in touch with you and to send out any invoices. We can also use it to send out information about new products or special promotions. You can easily unsubscribe from these mailings.
How reliable are the tests?
Our tests are very reliable. In fact, they are used in healthcare in Europe. However, our tests are adapted so that they can be used by untrained personnel, but the reliability of the tests themselves is very high. Quicktest's philosophy is that the tests should be safe, which is why they are set in favor of "false positive" rather than "false negative". This means that a test can give a result even though there is no disease. This is for your safety, our tests do not give a negative result if there is a disease, we are very proud of this. In other words, you are safe with our tests.
Can I order for my/a company?
Absolutely, choose your products and go to checkout. At checkout, select "card" as the payment method, this way you can enter any delivery address. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt with VAT and company details.
