Which organisations can apply?
Clinics, medical practices, health centres, occupational health providers, pharmacies and healthcare retailers are welcome to apply. We review each application before approving the account. Contact us if you are unsure which option is right for your organisation.
How do I apply for a business account?
Use the application form when it is available on this page, or contact us and we will help you. Provide your organisation's details and the email address you will use for purchasing. Do not send patient information.
Can I place an order as soon as I have applied?
No. We review your application and enable your company's access to its product range and pricing before orders can be placed through the business account.
How do I see my prices?
Once your business account has been approved and access to your product range has been enabled, log in using the email address linked to the account. If your organisation has several business locations, select the one you are purchasing for. The product list then shows the prices that apply to that location.
Which products can my organisation order?
The available range is shown when you are logged in to an active business account. Refer to each product's intended use and instructions. Contact us if you are looking for a particular product.
Are there minimum quantities or other quantity limits?
Any minimum quantities and other quantity limits are shown alongside the product. Follow these limits when adding products to your cart.
Can you help us with a larger order?
Contact us with the products and quantities you are interested in and the organisation you are purchasing for. We will help you review the details before you place an order.
What payment and delivery terms apply?
Payment options, shipping and delivery information are shown at checkout. If you have a separate agreement with us, contact us to confirm the applicable terms before placing your order.
Where can I find my previous orders?
Open My account to see the orders and company information you are permitted to access. Contact us if you need help with an order or your business account.
I cannot access my business pricing — what should I do?
Check that you are using the email address linked to your business account and that the correct business location is selected. Contact us if you still cannot access your pricing. Never share passwords or sign-in codes.
